The Sofi Group - the extraordinary in real estate

Lipe is the founder and president of The Sofi Property Group. Prior to founding The SoFi Group, Lipe worked at Related Cervera, the sales subsidiary of The Related Group. He first dabbled in real estate development in Miami in the early nineties, while attending University of Miami. He then spent 12 years living in NYC, where he co-founded and ran one of the first luxury lifestyle shops in the US - Language, winner of the prestigious Fashion Group International (www.fgi.org) Rising Star award for Best Luxury Fashion Store in the US (the same award given to Tom Ford for Gucci in a previous year) - and an eponymous luxury fashion brand.

Given his extensive experience with luxury marketing and branding, a vast international network, and his previous involvement in real estate development, Lipe chose a career in luxury real estate sales and marketing upon his move back to Miami in 2004. Since founding The SoFi Group, Lipe has already been named the top Keller Williams agent in South Florida, and among the top 10 in the nation (with close to 80,000 agents nationwide, KW is the second-largest real estate company in the US). Lipe was also chosen as one of the Top Real Estate Agents in Miami (Miami Magazine 2009 and 2010) and one of the Top 100 most influential people in South Florida (Haute Living Magazine, May 2011). Lipe is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Anca Mirescu

Anca is a luxury real estate consultant and the Chief Operating Officer of the SoFi Group. Prior to joining the SoFi Group, Anca was an associate at Goldman Sachs in New York, in the Private Wealth Management group. Anca has also worked for the Boston Consulting Group (as a management consultant) and AnnTaylor Stores Corp (as a strategy associate in the corporate headquarters) in New York City. Anca holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor degree in Public and International Affairs and Japanese Language and Culture from Princeton University. Anca is from Rm. Valcea, Romania, and spent 10 years in New York and San Francisco, prior to moving to Miami in 2009.

Jackie Vazquez

Jackie is the Director of Operations for The SoFi Group. Jackie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lynn University, in Boca Raton Florida.  Her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business landed her a job as the Director of Operations for a Real Estate firm that conducted most of its business with clients from abroad.  This is how she entered the Real Estate Industry in 2001.  She has managed One Stop Shops, as well as individual Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title Companies.  Her expertise in models and business organization has been the key to her success and the success of others. She was born in Cuba, and raised in Miami, and is fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Ana Paula Yeager

Ana Paula is a luxury real estate consultant with The SoFi Group. She is a seasoned sales professional, focusing on the Miami Beach and Miami market. Ana has specialized in South Florida real estate since 2007 and has vast knowledge of the properties and offerings all along the coast. Before joining The SoFi Group, Ana owned and ran a property management company specialized in luxury residential rentals. Prior to that, she had a successful career in telecommunications, selling multimillion dollar microwave and satellite systems to telecom service providers in the Caribbean and South America. Ana was born and raised in Colombia and has a college degree in Graphic Design from her home country. She also lived in Brazil for many years. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Cristiana Machado

Cristiana is a luxury real estate consultant with The SoFi Group. She brings over 20 years of real estate experience to The SoFi Group team. Cristiana has also founded and ran a successful catering company, as well as a fashion jewelry brand, Accessories & Beyond. She currently serves on the board of Apogee. She is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, but has spent the past 25 years living in Miami.

Caroline Mamed

Caroline is the Executive Assistant of The SoFi Group. She has extensive experience in sales and customer service roles. Prior to joining The SoFi Group, Caroline was the Executive Assistant at fashion jewelry brand Accesories & Beyond; she also worked for six years as the Sales Assistant Manager for a family-owned Brazilian retailer. Caroline is from Brazil, and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
