The Setai affords the highest level of luxury to those who own apartments there. Owning at the Setai is different from owning in most other buildings we work with. The Setai is a 5-star hotel, so owners of residences will get access and enjoy the same amenities and special treatment as the hotel guests, including room service. That could be why the highest price paid for a luxury condo in Miami Beach in 2010 to date was paid for a unit at The Setai - Penthouse B sold for no less than $15MM.

The reverse of the medal is that The Setai IS a hotel - the apartments are smaller, and pricier per square foot than most other buildings we work with. Additionally, it is located in an area that is less residential than Apogee or the Continuum, which for some is a plus, while for others is a minus.
