Continuum II North Tower is situated right on the beach - the only other luxury building on the beach in SoFi is Continuum I. Some floor plans in the building are better than others, so make sure you understand what the real comps for your unit are. Slightly less expensive than Continuum I because it's a newer building, which came on the market after the boom, so prices were never as high.

Many of apartments are brand new, never lived in, so they can be done exactly as you wish. Supply of units still favorable to buyers, as there are still investors looking to sell their units, and the developer has a few units still available for sale.

Continuum North offers a few combined floorplans - units which were put together from the construction phase - large 3 bedroom plus den, with breathtaking views. The one bedrooms in the building are located on the 5th and 6th floor only, so they have limited views.
