Apogee is truly the most luxurious and exclusive building in South of Fifth (and, really, all of the Miami Beach condo market). This is THE place for those who want privacy - each line has its own elevator bank, and each Apogee condo has its own elevator foyer. The building sold out during pre-construction, and 100% of the units closed, which was very rare at the time when Apogee started closing in early 2008).

Because of the caliber of the building, Apogee has maintained unit value to a larger extent than most buildings in the area. No Apogee condo has ever sold for less than $1,000 per sq ft. No fewer than 9 units were sold in the building in 2010 so far - for a total of over $43MM in sales volume.
