Because of the caliber of the building, Apogee has maintained unit value to a larger extent than most buildings in the area. No Apogee condo has ever sold for less than $1,000 per sq ft. No fewer than 9 units were sold in the building in 2010 so far - for a total of over $43MM in sales volume. The "04" line commends the highest prices per sq ft because of its size and views - the average price for sold units in the line is over $1,600 per sq ft. The supply of "04" line units is very limited - there is currently one offered for sale at over $2,000 per sq ft.
There are a few condos at Apogee that are offered for sale "decorator ready" (i.e. concrete floors, etc) - most units are already at least somewhat finished.
A few Apogee condos are also available for rent, starting around $15,000 per month.
